My business experience has been acquired in the USA, the UK and in many other countries. It includes working with large professionally managed manufacturing and consulting groups - as well as starting and building my own product and service companies in both the USA and the UK.
 
Vice-President of Bertrand Frank Associates Inc. an American management consulting company (A.C.M.E. member) The firm provided management and marketing services to companies in North, Central and South America. I was responsible for managing the professional staff and for new business development.
   
President of Lovable International Inc. a New York based consumer-goods company with over 20 joint venture partners worldwide. I was responsible for maximizing the profitability of the joint venture companies and for developing business in those parts of the world not covered by the partners using agents and distributors.
   
Owner and founder of 2 New York based fashion companies that sold and distributed products (manufactured by joint venture partners in France and Brazil) throughout the USA and Canada.
   
Owner of FFA Inc. a New York based consulting company established to help overseas companies enter the US market. This involved conducting an initial feasibility study to confirm the viability of the venture then devising an entry strategy and setting-up the new US company or affiliation, on a turnkey basis.
   
Owner of FFA (UK) established, when I returned from the USA, to help American companies enter the UK/European market and to continue to help UK companies enter the US market.
   
Managing Director and joint owner, through FFA (UK), of Maxwell Clarke Ltd. a Manchester based business-to-business advertising, marketing consulting and recruitment advertising company. The company was sold to Bernard Hoddes Inc. New York, USA
