My history as a senior executive, founder of my own companies and my international business experience, combined with the analytical skills acquired as a management consultant, have prepared me to provide practical advice on a range of management issues from current problems and opportunities to more strategic considerations. |

I work on specific projects as requested by my clients such as, strategic planning and management structure studies and on management/financial issues that grow naturally from my marketing work with small to medium sized companies. For example pricing is a fundamental element in developing marketing strategies but pricing involves a knowledge of margins, which requires an accurate costing system and this means profit planning which in turn leads into financial management - and so on. |

It can be lonely being the chief executive of small to medium sized company. Decisions involving confidential and personnel matters and "What if" business issues are improved if they can be discussed with an outside person. I often find myself offering this kind of advice to the chief executives of my retainer clients - not only in face-to-face meetings but also on the phone, at any time. |
